RE: calling commands in unknown (at compile time)

I have a similar scenario with a CL that I want to be able to run
* on line from within the users standard *LIBL
* on JOBQ ditto
* from job scheduler where lots of standard *LIBL and *JOBD must be setup

I tried CHKOBJ *LIB and if not there try to ADDLIBLE it
I wanted some test ... is such & such a library in *LIBL but I could not figure out command to do that
If it is already in the *LIBL, then I not want to mess with anything, because this must be other than job scheduler. Now there are ways to find out if the current job is interactive or *BATCH then do this checking inside such a DO.
