the i5 and non-i5 RDBMS's such as ORACLE on a regular basis? I'm trying
to do due diligence here and find out what tools folks have used to
automate movement of data and kick off logic between i5 and non-i5
applications. I'm looking for a tool that:

-Helps me graphically map data between systems
- Once mapped, generates the triggers/programs/whatever automation is
necessary, to not only move the data but generates programs, triggers,
"logic" at each processor where necessary to process the data
- Once the second need is done, the tool will have its transfer/logic
jobs run using the scheduler of the i5 and
- if communications breaks, queues up transactions and "syncs" things
up when communications is restored.
- Primarily, and preferably, runs on the i5
- Talks between DB2/400 and ORACLE

I understand IBM's Websphere Information Integrator does this well.
Any thoughts on it?

Thanks in advance,
