SNDDST question

We have SMTP configured on our AS/400 V5R1
Our Mail Server gets the email, but rejects it because the
To email address is INTERNET@SMTPRTE

Anybody know what I have configured incorrectly causing the
400 to change the to email address??

AS400:
SNDDST TYPE(*LMSG) TOINTNET((vicki@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx))
DSTD(A) MSG('Test snddst subject') LONGMSG('Long message')


Mail Server:
Received: from MAIL.ccindustries.com (IBM OS/400 SMTP
