We use *Hideyuki  Yahagi's CRTCSVF *which can be found at:

It works pretty well for most everything we need.
I've also looked at *CVTDBFXLS*, by KemeTECH,

This appears to be a great product and the price isn't too bad, I just don't
know if we need it just yet.
