You know what?  I don't bother with such a list anymore.  In the Backup 
and Recovery Guide it tells you that if you run a second RSTLIB *ALLUSR 
only change one option from the default of OPTION(*ALL) to OPTION(*NEW) it 
will get any of these logicals.  I have used this as part of a few 
unload/reloads (Appendix D) and have yet to have an issue.
That second RSTLIB, with only the OPTION(*NEW) runs like a scalded dog. 
Doesn't take near the time as the first one did.
And, most importantly, not prone to errors.

Actually, my boss stumbled upon that option and it beats the heck out of a 
lot of displaying a bunch of file descriptions to find cross library 
logicals.
