Restricting library usage to a single user/users.

Pro's,

I do not know if I am posting this request in the right forum so please feel
free to correct me if I am wrong. I have a very simple question about my
iSeries. Is there a way to restrict a library usage to only a particular
user or certain users. In other words I do not want any other user to access
a particular library except for the users that I specify.  Any help in this
matter would be much appreciated.
