The latest cume for V5R2 is C6080520.

I always start here:
http://www-03.ibm.com/servers/eserver/support/iseries/index.html

Then go to Technical Databases, then Preventive Service Planning - PSP.

The show documents by release, choose your release, V5R2, and look at
SF98520.

The top of SF98520 will show you what the latest cume is, etc.
