Host variable

                Email from one of the developers:

                SQL0314  35    4185  Position 35 Host variable WCOUNTEM
not unique.   

                According to IBM and search in MIDRANGE there were
changes with the new release fro ILE/SQL - and that there is 'work
around' - but I cannot find the 'work around'. Do you know what it is? I
think that someone had it with the previous release...

I reviewed the archives and we do have the PTFs on the partition.  The
PTFs have been superseded.  The variable is described many times in the
program.  Is there any other work around?
