Anybody know what this means?

Did a DSPPTF on our v5r3 system; got a message at the bottom of the display:

Message ID . . . . : CPD35FA Severity . . . . . : 40
Message type . . . : Information
Date sent . . . . : 05/30/06 Time sent . . . . : 15:25:05

Message . . . . : Hypervisor changes not allowed.
Cause . . . . . : The hypervisor that is currently active is at a
different
level than the hypervisor portion of the Licensed Internal Code that is
installed on the system. The service partition is currently configured
to
not allow the system to make changes to the hypervisor.
Recovery . . . : If you want to keep the level of the hypervisor the
same
as the level of the hypervisor portion of the Licensed Internal Code that
is
installed on the system, then enable the service partition to make
changes
  to the hypervisor.

TIA,
Dan
