Kat,

Thanks; that did it. I then found the View...Customize...Include... menu option. I thought that I had looked everywhere before I emailed. Guess I was in too much of a hurry to clock out and get to happy hour last night.

Subject: Re: How do you determine IP address of users active job

I thought that this tip was so good that I had to try it.

But when I do this, the only job that I can see is my own session. Which is odd, I think, because I'm a "super" user on our systems (all
object, secadmin, ad nauseum). Under the Privileges tab in iNav for my
profile, everything is checked. I can work with any printer, browse any
library/file, wreak havoc with the hardware configuration, etc.

This is the first time that I've ever noticed a restriction for me when
doing anything through iNav. Any thoughts?

Good John. iNav is a great tool. I guess our suggestions are what happens when you ask a bunch of technical people how to do a task. I wonder if you asked a list full of MS programmers how to get a list of files in a directory if they'd tell you to fire up Explorer and drill down, or, if they'd send you a bunch of VB code to extract a list and display it in a window box.
