RE: Journaling of qtemp objects.

It was my understanding that it gets cleared at IPL.  The DB 9 group broke the 
auto create of the journal and receiver. The PTF (SI23848) according to IBM 
will fix this and at first run of a job that requires this journal it will get 
created and authority will get set correctly.  Now as a caveat, I've only 
applied the PTF for the next IPL so I'll find out at the end of the month if 
it's working still.

Does QRECOVERY get cleared on a periodic basis?
If so, does one not care if you have to rebuild it manually or leave the 
lower level security people running without journalling?
