Re: Sending an Email From AS400

Thanks Charles.  I will try your suggestion and get back to you.

Normally I would share you concerns.  In this case, I am pretty insulated
because the email will be sent to an IT audience only.  As for the AS400, it
runs our JDE ERP so the only people that even know we have an AS400 is IT.
In fact, the whole reason I need it to send an email is so the wintel
operations guys won't have to type DSPMSG MSGQ(QSYSOPR) each morning.  I
think everyone is afraid of the mean green screen machine. ;-)
