The answers were how to set up a remote out queue to a printer, but it's done 
with CRTOUTQ. But you have to STRRMTWTR when you want to print to it, at times, 
and there are other considerations.

There is also a way to set up a printer *DEVD for a printer used over IP, and 
it looks like the docs are at the link that Paul provided,

...and that's what I would prefer to have usually over a remote out queue 
unless the permanancy "in place" is iffy.
