It depends.  The JOBD parm for ADDJOBSCDE command has *USRPRF or a named
JOBD.  If you name one, you get that JOBD, if you don't you get the one
attached to the User Profile.  You can schedule for the current user (you)
or another user if you have enough authority. Then that user's JOBD or the
named JOBD will be used, depending on the way you create the job scheduled
entry.
