RpgII programs could care less if it is externally defined
or NOT. In a CLP, type the command Strs36prc and prompt on
that.

It will ask for the procedure name and any associated
parameters.

The Strs36prc does NOT require S36ee to be active.

If it does not need to be keyed,

just crtpf file(yourfile name) rcdlen(999).

If you need a key, create a logical over the physical
with a key.
