That's because CHGUSRPRF changes standard user ID's, not the ones used by
DST - they're different ID's and can have different passwords.

It will not allow you to change the passwords of disabled profiles.  I
already tried.

Try "22222222" ID or try "CHGDSTPWD" to reset DST password to the default
value..

I have an issue with our Service Tools User IDs.  The QSECOFR and QSVR
profiles are disabled.  Is there another profile available or is it time to
call IBM and have them walk me through resetting the profiles?
