 Submitted jobs should work OK. What does the joblog say?

 I recall seeing java issue an 'error opening file' message (or something
like that) when using the FROMXLS parameter. Assumed it was due to some
incompatibility in Excel versions because the operator replied with an 'I'
and the job finished correctly.
