True story.  This past Monday I sent an envelope via certified mail with
delivery receipt.  I mailed it at the counter of the main post office here
in Fort Wayne.  It was mailed to a PO Box in that same building, less than
50 yards from that very spot.  The delivery receipt was to go to _another_
PO box IN THAT VERY SAME BUILDING, also less than 50 yards away.  It has
been 3 days and I still don't have a delivery receipt.

So, did they screw up the delivery in that 50 yards?  Or screw up the
delivery receipt?  Or are they still trying to actually make the delivery?
