With Domino each user has their own mail file object, like rberendt.nsf. 
You can restore that.  However, as others have alluded, if you want to 
restore a single piece it's like RST that .nsf to a new directory.  Open 
both in Notes and paste which mail file records you want.  Again, as 
others have alluded, it's sort of like trying to restore one item out of 
your IIM file in DB2.  It can be done, but you're not going to do it with 
RSTOBJ.  (Actually APYJRNCHG or RMVJRNCHG would be the ideal way.  And I 
think you can journal Domino files also.)
