I think the answer to Rob's question is -- companies switching from the iSeries to some other platform, e.g. Linux or Windows.

And I think it would be very difficult to answer Steve's question for the very reason he indicates -- IBM sales are one thing, but eBay sales, and other venues, are a whole lot harder to track. And even if you could track all sales avenues, you would then have to determine whether the machines sold are being used to run a business.
