There are several areas where PRTF can be modified.
1. Not everything can be put in a PRTF at the software creation / modification level, e.g. DDS, so I have a CL program that I run after recompilation, to reapply those extras. My T1 line, that VPN uses, is down right now, so I cannot cut paste you any examples. 2. When the data from RPG or whatever is all defined in the print program, we can use a dummy PRTF copied from some other software with some CHGPRTF adjustments. 3. At time of execution of the software that the PRTF is for, we can have some overrides in the CL. These can be conditioned on the printer being used, because of individual printer quirks ... warning, sometimes users take a report, on spool file, that has been optimized for one printer, and then try to print it on another one. 4. Check your CPI ... with 15 to the inch 400 standard goes up to 198, with 10 to then inch, 400 standard goes up to 132 characters wide. 5. Check your report definition in the RPG or whatever program. The PRTF may be defaulting to what you specified there.

When I create a new PRTF File, it says, source file size greater than 92.

My source file size is :112, how can I create my PRTF File.

Best Regards,

Luqman
