Thanks Gustavo. I also read from IBM manual that this gets created because of 
the software error through the system API QpdReportSoftwareError.
   
   I have got a doubt. 
   
  Does the system either create this userspace whenever it encounters a 
software error or update the same userspace again and again ( for the same 
software error or for any other error). Why I am asking this is, some of my 
jobs ending with the error MCH0601 and the job dump read as such as 
   
  Space offset X'00001E16' or teraspace offset X'0000000000000000' is
outside current limit for object QSCPROBLEM.
   
  Does this mean that QpdReportSoftwareError always tries to report (put the 
spool files) error to the same user space and which is outside the space 
alloted for QSCPROBLEM when it is created at the first time. If you have any 
any idea, please let me know as it would be greatly helpful.

and it stores some of the collected data to do problem determination (APAR 
Library), you can do a WRKPRB option 5 on the software problem and then 
F11- Display APAR Library. You can either report the problem to IBM 
(SNDSRVRQS) and then send the APAR Library to your service representative 
or delete the problem (that will delete the userspace related with it)

Hi

Can anyone tell me what is the significance of this userspace 
QSCPROBLEM and when it gets created??. 
I am finding that some software problem has created this under a user 
profile name.
In the past I find this used to get created with some system name (QTCP, 
QUSER) as the user created this.
Can anyone enlighten me regd QSCPROBLEM?
