I have figured out. The message queue is full. This caused this error. Now the 
queue is cleared and the job is running fine now. Thanks for the help!

However, I do notice that your MSGF parm has the &MSGQ1, so the error
may very well be something like "Message File not found".

If that isn't the problem, get the job running with LOGLVL(4 00
*SECLVL) LOGCLPGM(*YES), recreate the problem, and look at the joblog.
If you don't figure it out, post the relevant section of the joblog
to the list.
