If the file is being Journaled, a journal entry is deposited to the journal 
whenever the file is reorganized...

     Journal Codes - TAA   - Detail     
                                        
 Code  . . . . : F = Data Base mbr      
 Entry type  . : RG                     
 Sub type  . . :                        
                                        
 Code descrp . : Physical file mbr      
                  reorganized (RGZPFM)

Is there an API, or any other method such as a table entry or some
flag, that can tell me the last time a file was reorg'ed?
