These files contain stream file PTFs. The J tells me they are stream file fixes, the final digit is a sequence that probably contains superseded stream file fixes. The fixes are for PTF SF56133.

You would have downloaded a PTF save file named QSF56133 into QGPL. Loading that PTF would restore its contents into the QSRV library from where objects would go though the rename to QPZ*, move to product library process. Applying the PTF temporarily will rename the current object to QPZ* and rename the replacement from QPZ* to the real name. Applying permanently will delete the QPZ* copy. RMVPTF will reverse the process but only against a temporarily applied PTF. It will rename the current object to QPZ* and rename the QPZ* copy to the real name. DLTPTF will remove any QPZ* copy, remove any cover letter, and remove any PTF save file. For stream file fixes the PTF save file you download contains nested save files for the stream file fixes. These nested save files are restored to the product library.

If DLTPTF says the PTF does not exist then it should be safe to delete the save files manually.

Simon Coulter.
