That's my point.  I don't think so.

As I said, we have our program objects in PROBJ.  Our files are in PRFIL.
On the ADDPFTRG we specify PGM as the program in the PROBJ.  The help text
days nothing about it being in the same library as the file.  The TRG parm
is *GEN.  TRGLIB is *FILE (the default).  This is the parm that the help
text recommends the trigger be in the file library.

And no, we are not using SQL triggers.
