Thanks, I found the steps.  However, this appears to be at least
temporarily on hold.  While talking to the bank today, they told me that
I wouldn't have to load the Certificates, that they would prompt for
them upon connection.  However, we want this completely automated, so
well see how it goes.

When I had to do this a couple of years ago, I posted the steps I
followed
here so that they would get added to the archives.  Try searching there.

If you can't find anything, I'll see if I can find my notes.  It's been
a
while so the memory is quite dim.
