I have a question regarding retrieval of records from an index. For
example, my query returns a result of 500 records, but I want to grab
records 41-60.

Question 1: Do I have to write a loop that spins through rows 0-40, or
can I position straight to row 41?

Question 2: Can I fetch the twenty rows in one operation, or is there a
way to fetch all of the data in one operation?

Thanks

-Ed
