Service Agent selection of PTF's






Hello group,

Does anyone know how the Service Agent determines which PTF's it will auto 

download?  In the help of CHGSRVAGTA, it says that the selected PTF's are 
those "deemed critical by IBM Service".  I have cross checked the auto 
downloaded PTF's on our system with the HIPER PTF list, and they don't 
seem to relate.
