So you have your AS400 connected to your Windows system and using
interactive SQL on your AS400 can connect to your Windows system and see
the data.  Have you done SQLRPGLE to read data from your local AS400?
If you have that working, it becomes a matter of setting up the
connection within your SQLRPGLE Program.  What does your SQL statements
look like?  Can you post your SQLRPGLE source statement that deal with
setting up the connection?  What error are you seeing on both sides?
Anything in the windows event viewers?

I've been trying to access DB2 data on a Windows system from an SQLRPGLE
program. I'm having major difficulties, and now I'm wondering if my
approach (DRDA) even makes sense. I'm looking for suggestions on how to
access UDB DB2 data from an SQLRPGLE program. All ideas considered. btw,
