Hi Guys,

Does anyone know what Field Control Word (FCW) x'8100' means? I can't find it described in any of:
o 5250 Information Display System Functions Reference Manual
        o 5494 Functions Reference manual
        o Dynamic Screen Manager APIs

Even though it appears undocumented I have seen it in the 5250 data stream Start of Field Order for Word Wrap fields that are sent to a device which has indicated it cannot support Word Wrap. Here is a trace of the data stream. Notice the 8100 FCW for the first two fields after the 4020 FFW? If the device does indicate it can support Word Wrap the 8100 FCW is replaced with 8680 which is what I would expect.
