RUNQRY is not SQL as such - it is Query/400. The command is there, no license 
needed. No ordering available when used without a QRYDFN. You are able to use 
record selection if you have the licensed product. Otherwise, it's a great 
substitute for DSPPFM. 

Another reason to use QMQRY to run an SQL SELECT with ORDER BY.
