Actually, it's the binding directory that's "automatically" included.

If you look at a module using DSPMOD MODULE() DETAIL(*REFSYSOBJ) you'll
see QILE and QUSAPIBD binding directories.  There is also a language
specific entry: QRNXLE for RPGLE, QCLLE for CLLE and QC2LE for CLE (C).
