I think you need to put an End Quote and it seems like you need to build a
cursor because you will get multiple records

Subject: SQL problem

I am having a problem with an embedded SQL statement.
I can run the following from STRSQL and it will return results.
SELECT SOSST, SOSH#, SOCTC from SRVOUT00 WHERE SOSAD like '7 Frank%
'

However, I am trying to run a Select into inside a program without
success.
Here is what I have

C/EXEC SQL
C+ SELECT SOSST, SOSH#, SOCTC INTO :Street, :house, :city FROM
C+ SRVOUT00 WHERE SOSAD like :POSTCAT
C/END-EXEC

After executing I receive a SQLCOD = 100 The value of :POSTCAT is
POSTCAT = '7 Frank%                                          '

Any ideas?
