Being a native of Minnesota, I can only say: March  is nasty when it is High 
School Hockey Tournament time. The rest of  March is...well...balmy to a 
Scandinavian. (Don't forget your suntan  lotion and bermuda shorts, Jim. :o) )

with Mark, Malcolm and the rest of the iSeries leadership team (By the way

Peter is a big deal, but companies sometimes loose the star performers. 
IBM can't demand that executives that are being groomed for greatness stay 
for ever.  Mark Shearer is still in charge, that did not change.  I don't 
believe at all that this will affect the situation in the long run. 
Remember that Bill Zeitler is still giving Mark the support he needs to 
promote the product.  We should wait for a few weeks until the COMMON 
conference in Minneapolis and find out what Mark has to say about all 
this. 

Also, I can say with great certainty the Malcolm Haines is anywhere but in 
a cave, and is working quite hard on the iSeries behalf. 

See you all at COMMON!  We promise, March in Minnesota is not always 
nasty.  Personally, I think the sun will shine, I won't need a coat to get 
from the hotel to the conference and back, and it's going to be a great 
conference!
