I don't see how any of those would help.  Why?  His other drives are 
balanced.  Only his load/source drive is at 99%.  Therefore it should only 
be filled with stuff that must be forced on to the load source drive, like 
main store dumps, etc.  If those other suggestions helped, then wouldn't a 
STRASPBAL TYPE(*CAPACITY) clear off the load source drive also?
