My first thought is make sure the output in batch is directed to the
correct output queue.  It may be that the spooled file is created, but
is sitting on another output queue or prints at another printer.

If nothing  jumps out at you, then be more methodical.  Examine the
state of the interactive job - the library list, contents of QTEMP,
output queue, database file and printer file overrides.  One of those
is likely not set properly in the batch job.
