IBM's Facsimile Support/400 has a fax printer driver.  I suppose you could 
have a PC server that you RUNRMTCMD to or something to print off the PDF. 
However I am not so sure that the PC fax printer driver is "batch 
friendly".  Unlike the iSeries based product I don't believe that the PC 
fax printer driver supports passing a fax number to it so I believe you'll 
be prompted for a fax number.
