DSPDBR has a *ALL special value for file name, as well as allowing generic file names. It has just one library entry. You CAN put the results in an output file and add for various runs of the command.

On the other hand, there are also the ANZDBF and ANZDBFKY commands. The first one lets you name several libraries and produces 2 reports. The second lists the keys in the dependent files, based on the output of the first command. They might not be found on all systems - I was just on a V5R2 that did not have them, but every other system I've been on has them.
