No, I don't believe so, but I could be wrong.  Our BP does our upgrades,
and this machine a 510 was brought in new and our 810 was upgraded to
5.3 at the same time, but I'm not totally sure of the specifics on how
everythign was loaded.

you?  It has been my experience that doing an unload/reload causes
issues 
with AC3.  I've had to DLTLICPGM/RSTLICPGM to resolve this issue.
Probably 
some radical ifs entry somewhere tying encryption to something hardware 
unique.  Much like Windows Registry entry crap.
Rather flies in the face of others bragging on how easy it is to do an 
unload/reload is.  But then again, maybe unloads/reloads weren't all
that 
hard on old DOS pc's?  DOS vs Windows compared to OS/400 vs i5/OS?
