You can add a second default route, then delete the incorrect one.  If
you have no connections from your server to the internet at this time,
it won't cause any problems.

Option 2 Work with route.
You should see your default route there but cannot change the IP address
so you have to add a new route.  You can then remove the incorrect
default route.  This will only bring down connections that are passing
thru the incorrect default route.

Test, can you ping www.yahoo.com, (66.94.230.45), with your current
setting?  If not, the changing it should fix that.

Now that I look at the routes, I think it has to do with the gateway of
the default route.  Our gateway is normally 192.168.0.2, but I see the
default gateway is set to 192.168.0.1.

Is there an easy way to change the default route, or does it involve
bringing down TCP/IP to change it?
