Yah that's probably the key. I want to front end the INSPTF so do a couple
things:
1) Allow the user to set the IPL Type (i.e. come all the way back up or
dedicated system only)
2) Flag in a Data Area (or possibly swap out the QSTRUPPGM) to
automatically jump back into the PTF process when there are pre-req PTFs
that require a second IPL.
