ASNA also has an option (AVR) if you want to position the code on a PC platform, like an IIS server or directly on the desktop. Very easy to write reports. Haven't used the SQL Server connectivity specifically, and prefer not to use the direct file access to the AS400 in favor of procedure calls. Of course you can use ODBC directly from any PC program to go to both databases.
