I tried to vary on the 3995 device description with the 3570 attached
and it failed to vary it on.
I am working on getting a SST password and that was my next step.

Is the 2749 on it's own IOP? If so you can go into SST and IPL that IO

Processor through Debug. Be very very careful because IPLing the wrong

IOP will cause the system to do things you will not be happy about!!

What happend when you tried to use the 3995 while the 3570 was
attached?
