Now that you have the process down are you ready to try ftp for ptf's 
versus CD's?

One thing I like about image catalog's versus the CD's is that for some 
unknown reason, IBM likes to ship my media using those CD cases that are 
hard plastic, clear on one side, black on the other, instead of the opaque 
somewhat flexible ones.  The hard ones ALWAYS shatter during shipment and 
I literally have several large handfuls of shrapnel.  So far the CD's have 
always been ok.  Loading them into image catalogs prior to an upgrade, etc 
sure makes me feel better that the CD's are ok.

Old stupid programmer incident:  Had a COWorker doing an upgrade from CD's 
years ago.  Got a call from home that one of the CD cases was missing a 
CD.  I told him to turn it over and not look at the indentation on the 
black side, but to look through the clear side.  Lo and behold, there was 
the CD.
