Our corporate office is located in Florida (you know the place with all the
hurricanes). Anyway we have our AS/400 setup to forward e-mail to our mail
server in Florida via the IP Address. But whenever a hurricane comes we
switch to a backup mail server. The way I have our AS/400 setup is in CFGTCP
option 10 I have a Host Table entry called SMTPGATE that points to that IP
address. Is there a way to have this point to our mail.xxxx.com name
instead of the IP address? That way all mail, when we change our DNS to
point to our secondary mail server, will go straight there without making
any changes to the Host Table?
