there is a lot of sql I dont know.  I am told by the MIS VP that it
can be done but he is such a big blue bigot that I have to verify
everything he says :)   I am assuming the solution involves wrapping
the sql procedure call code in an rpg procedure - which is something I
am trying to avoid.  Would rather just define a prototype kind of like
java methods are called from rpg.
