Minor note... On the first system I checked, we had three of them, all right 
where IBM put them -- QSYS, QSYSV4R4M0 and QSYSV4R5M0.

Any chance the command is in a CLP/ILE CL compiled to a previous version?

And though I'm not aware of any connection, what does STRQM option 10 say for 
that user? Just a WAG.
