Remember a 520 only has room for "2" memory features. You can get 1gb, 
2gb, 4gb and 8gb features. You should weigh current and possible future 
memory needs with the possibility of having to throw away memory to add 
memory. While the 1gb - 4gb aren't "too" pricey, 1ea 8gb is much higher 
than 2ea 4gb features.

We got 8 gig on ours, running 1 LPAR with the minimum processor and 
memorey. Performance is great, came from an 810.
