There are products that give you this - Help Systems' ROBOT/Console, BytWare's 
MessengerPlus, et al. You might go to www.iseriesnetwork.com and look at their 
product directory under Operations or some such. Or at IBM's solutions 
directory - it's always hard to get to it - somewhere off of 
www.iseries.ibm.com
